By performing Destructive Testing on an existing roof system that has been recommended for re-roof, the consultant can provide a detailed analysis of the current condition of the existing roof deck substrate as well as provide accurate levels of entrapped moisture content through observation and the use of a Delmhorst digital handheld moisture probe.
